Pre-ordered copies of Yale’s latest historical biography ‘Cromwell: Commander in Chief’ are arriving this week for those who ordered them, and bookshops in the UK should have stock by next week if they don’t already have copies. The official release date, according the Yale website, is Tuesday 27 August. This is the second of three volumes by Ronald Hutton. The first volume was published in 2021. The publication date of the third is to be advised.
